Returns & Exchanges
Keep in mind - we are a small shop and are working hard to provide great American Made products and even better customer service!
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after your purchase is delivered. We only offer store credit & exchange for all purchases – in store & online. Gift certificates & perishable goods such as food cannot be returned or exchanged.
As soon as you receive your purchase, please consider all items closely, to make sure you have gotten exactly what you wanted!
In-Store Purchases -
In order to return or exchange a purchase made in our physical store located in downtown Jackson, the transaction must be made in person, & with a receipt. Store credit from returns done in-store may be used in-store – unless you ask for an online credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions. All purchases made in our physical store are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
When making a purchase in-store and having us ship it to you, we will ship the exact product you picked out yourself. We do not put the item you personally chose back on display and send you a product from back stock. Because of this, please be aware that you picked out what you are receiving. Occasionally there are products that you can purchase in-store that will be handmade for you by the artist and shipped directly from them. If you have any questions or concerns about an in-store purchase that you made and had shipped, please email email@example.com
Online Purchases -
Once you receive your package we hope everything you purchased is as wonderful as you imagined it would be. We understand that sometimes photos don’t depict the product perfectly, especially since the majority of our products are made by hand and because of this, the product you receive can have slight differences that perhaps you weren’t expecting.
If you would like to exchange or return your online purchase for store credit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & nature of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we can only be held responsible for the cost of shipping on the return or exchange if we are at fault for the original shipment. Please Note: A return fee of $9.95 will apply and be discounted from your store credit total on shipments that received free shipping on the original order.
After you’ve contacted us and we’ve responded to your query, please send all products for return or exchange to the following address. Please also include a note with your name, order number, and phone number or email.
Over the Phone Purchases -

Holiday Returns & Exchanges -
Purchases made between Thanksgiving and December 24th are eligible for returns and exchanges through January 31st. We understand that shopping for the holidays can be a bit overwhelming and stressful and that perhaps you won’t have the time to double check every purchase you make before giving as a gift.
Problematic Products -
If you’ve received the wrong size, color, item, or a defected or damaged product please be prompt to make us aware by emailing at email@example.com Under these circumstances we will be happy to accept fault and get you the proper product as soon as we receive the original. Please note that all merchandise returned to us must be unwashed, unused, & unworn, as well as returned in original packaging if possible.
As much as we hope that our pieces will last forever, sometimes stuff happens. We want you to enjoy your MADE jewelry for as long as possible. We offer repairs on craftsmanship errors free of charge for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please understand that we are not jewelers - we depend on the artists for that, so most repairs will require us to send your piece off to the artist for repairs.
**This does not include items that have been damaged due to owner negligence or misuse.
