Shipping Policy

We will work to process your online order within 24-36 hours. If an item is out of stock or is a custom piece, we will contact you via email or telephone with an expected delivery date.

Please be aware that many items on our site are custom made by the artist when you purchase them.  Please allow for MAKER time and shipping time.   If you have specific needs please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.


Our standard form of shipping is through USPS and FedEx depending on pricing.. We can ship First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Select based on item size, weight and how quickly you'll need it.

If you need the items your ordered sooner or prefer to ship via FedEx or UPS, just send us an email, or call us here at the shop and we'll be happy to help!


For International shipping we will do our best.  Shipping rates have been fluctuating, and can get very expensive on some items.  Some rates simply make it cost prohibitive to ship overseas.  Please keep in mind we are a small business and some things are simply beyond the scope of what we can do.

The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.  If you are concerned with these additional fees please let us know before hand and we will do our best to figure out what these fees are.  You can reach us at
